Our premium Alberta hunting zone is home to some truly massive moose. Trophy bulls in this region often measure between 40 and 55 inches wide, with some exceeding even that. These moose are heavy-bodied, weighing upwards of 1,200–1,400 pounds, and have thick, palmated antlers that make for incredible trophies and lifetime memories.

This hunt relies heavily on calling during the rut, when bulls are most aggressive and vocal. We use quads and trucks to access remote areas, followed by light hiking or setting up in calling zones. The goal is to locate a responding bull and call him into range—often resulting in intense, close encounters that bring the excitement to a whole new level.

Once your bull is down, our team handles field dressing and will assist with quartering and packing out the meat. We’ll also prepare your trophy for taxidermy and help arrange processing or freezing if you’re taking meat home. You can also choose to donate the meat locally if preferred.

We recommend bringing a reliable rifle chambered in a caliber suitable for large game—such as .30-06, .300 Win Mag, or .338. Moose are large, tough animals, and ethical shot placement with adequate firepower is essential. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose the right setup before your hunt.

You’ll stay in comfortable, clean lodging with all the amenities you need to unwind after long days in the field. Our cooks prepare hot, hearty meals that keep you fueled and satisfied throughout your stay. From breakfast to dinner—and even snacks and coffee in between—we make sure you’re well taken care of from the moment you arrive.
