When preparing for your hunting trip with Dudla Outfitting, we recommend bringing weather-appropriate clothing, including layers for fluctuating temperatures. You’ll need sturdy, waterproof boots, personal hunting gear, and any necessary licenses or tags. Don’t forget personal items such as toiletries, medications, and a camera to capture your adventure. We provide all meals, lodging, and in-hunt transportation, so focus on packing essentials for a comfortable and successful hunt.

Booking a hunt with Dudla Outfitting is straightforward. First, contact us to discuss available dates and hunting packages that suit your interests. Once you’ve selected your hunt, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due by January 1st for spring hunts or June 1st for fall hunts. We accept various payment methods and will send you a detailed confirmation, including your itinerary and what to expect.

Our hunt prices include comprehensive services to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Each package covers all meals, comfortable lodging, in-hunt transportation, and airport pickup and drop-off from Edmonton, Alberta. You’ll also receive professional guide services, trophy preparation, and access to our hunting grounds, which are rich with game. The only additional costs are for tags, taxes, gratuities, and any personal preferences like alcoholic beverages or gun rentals.

At Dudla Outfitting, we take ethical hunting seriously, and our guides are committed to making every effort to recover a wounded animal. If you wound an animal, our team will diligently track and attempt to recover it. However, if the animal cannot be recovered despite all efforts, it will be considered a successful hunt, and no refunds or additional hunting opportunities will be provided unless previously discussed with the outfitter.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to adjust your hunting dates, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to reschedule your hunt to another suitable date. If cancellation becomes necessary, please be aware that your deposit may be forfeited unless other arrangements are made directly with us.
