Booking a hunt with Dudla Outfitting is easy and straightforward. Simply contact us via phone, email, or our website to discuss available dates and hunting packages. Once you’ve chosen your hunt, we’ll guide you through the booking process, which includes securing your spot with a 50% deposit.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to adjust your hunting dates, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to reschedule your hunt to another suitable date.

If you need to cancel your hunt, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit unless other arrangements are made with the outfitter. We recommend discussing any concerns with us directly, as we may be able to reschedule your hunt or make other accommodations.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Details will be provided during the booking process, and we are happy to accommodate the method that is most convenient for you.

The final payment for your hunt is due by January 1st for spring hunts and June 1st for fall hunts, unless other arrangements have been made with us. This ensures that all details are finalized well before your hunting dates.

In addition to the base price of your hunt, please be aware of additional costs such as tags, licenses, a 5% sales tax, and any gratuities for your guides. Optional expenses may include gun rentals, alcoholic beverages, and any additional services you request during your stay.
